Better Together Peer-to-Peer Leadership Circles encourages leaders to step outside their daily operations, reconnect with their core motivations for pursuing leadership roles, and reignite their passion for vision and innovation.

From 2022-2025 Better Together has offered peer-to-peer leadership networks for Service Systems Managers and Municipal leaders. Through facilitated group format, participants share and discuss operational challenges, transformation implementation ideas, and solutions focused pilot projects.

BT Circles dedicated to Early Learning & Childcare (ELCC) peer-to-peer mentorship result in personal and professional growth.

What to expect?

BT Circles meet once a month in a virtual forum dedicated to leadership development and peer-to-peer mentorship within Early Learning & Childcare (ELCC).

In these sessions, guided and facilitated by Better Together we aim to create a collaborative space for municipal leaders to:

• Dive deep into innovative ideas

• Exchange valuable resources, tools, and knowledge

• Apply design thinking principles like ideation and solution testing to drive progress in your community
